Bridal Policies
BOOKING YOUR DATE + CONTRACTS:
Glow Beauty Bridal requires that the bridal contract must be signed and a non-refundable 50% retainer, which is credited towards your final payment, is required at the consultation in order for the wedding date to be reserved. Contracts are emailed out during the booking process + are given out on a first come, first serve basis. In order to ensure your date is booked, a non-refundable 50% retainer, which is credited towards your final payment, is required as well as a completed and signed contract. Your date is not secure until the 50% non-refundable retainer is paid.
BOOKING MINIMUM:
Due to high demand in busier wedding months, there is a minimum booking of $600.00 in the months of March, April, September, October, & November.

FINAL PAYMENT:
The final payment is due two weeks prior to the scheduled wedding date. You will be sent an online invoice to pay. At this time Glow Beauty Bridal only takes payment via cash or credit/debit card using our Square System or Venmo. Please note that a 3% processing fee will be added to your final payment should you pay with a card.
CANCELLATIONS:
If the client desires to cancel, reschedule, or it becomes impossible for the services to be rendered at the fault of the client, the client will not be relieved of any payment obligations or receive any refunds of their retainer made. If the cancellation is due to circumstances out of the client’s control please notify Glow Beauty Bridal to discuss the cancellation further.
TRAVEL FEES:
Travel fees are $100.00 under an hour from zip code 30253, over an hour will be $150.00.
EARLY START FEE:
If makeup artist and/or hairstylist is required to arrive on location before 6 am, there will be a $200.00 fee per artist added to the total service price.

LIABILITY:
All brushes and makeup + hair products are kept sanitary. All products are sanitized in between every makeup application. Any skin/hair condition should be reported by the client to the makeup artist, hairstylist, +/or assistant prior to any applications.
COVID-19:
Again, All brushes and makeup + hair products are kept sanitary. We are currently incorporating individual brush kits per each client. All products are sanitized in between every makeup + hair application. Should any person in the bridal party start showing symptoms of Covid-19, we ask that we are notified prior to arrival. Glow Beauty Bridal will not be held liable for completing services rendered should there be an outbreak of Covid-19 within the booking party. Any prior payments made are non-refundable. Services may be rendered for rescheduling at another date if date requested is available and outside of the CDC guidelines recommendation for quarantine.

SAFETY:
If at any point during the consultation, trial run, and/or wedding date, any person(s) from Glow Beauty Bridal feels their safety is threatened or feels uncomfortable in any way, Glow Beauty Bridal has the right to leave/ask the client(s) to leave, regardless of if the services booked have been completed. This includes any physical or verbal harassment or derogatory remarks made to or about any of our team from the initial booking person(s) or any of the bridal party, bridal party family, or venue staff while performing hair/makeup services. Any prior payments made are non-refundable and Glow Beauty Bridal will not be held liable for not finishing the services if they feel the environment is unsafe due to physical or verbal harassment or derogatory remarks made towards our team. Please understand this request as we care very much about personal safety.
NO PARTIAL SERVICES:
At this time, Glow Beauty Bridal does not offer partial makeup or hair services. (i.e. eyes only, base only, curled only, etc.) If you are adamant about only receiving a partial service, you will be charged the same amount for a full service.
LARGE PARTIES:
We no longer can accommodate parties larger than 8 people for both hair and makeup services. If you need a bridal service recommendation that accommodates larger than 8 people we will be glad to refer you to them.
PARKING FEES:
Unless there is a designated free parking area, valet or parking fees will need to be worked out prior to the artist(s) arrival. If it is unknown about parking fees prior to the wedding the booking party will be responsible for covering the fees prior to our teams arrival.
